Match Worn shirt of striker Robert Glatzel. Glatzel was a nameed substitute for the game and made an appearence from the 63rd minute. Glatzel failed to make an impact to the game with it ending once again in a 1 nil defeat to local rivals Bristol City. This was once again yet another under performance derby match by the team.

Home Player Issue (06-Nov-2020) versus Bristol City

Player issue shirt from 3rd choice goalkeeper Joe Day. Day was not even a named substitute for the game but had the shirt prepared and sold for charity. Liklihood is that the club were using this opportunity to get rid of shirts that were printed incorrectly due to the league informing kit managers late to where the racism patch should appear on the sleeve.

 

 


NATHANIEL MENDEZ-LAING

Home (10-Nov-2019) versus Bristol City

Match Worn shirt of winger Nathnaiel Mendez Laing. Laing regularly showed great pace and strength but often failed to deliver that final ball into the box. This was worn in the 1 Nil loss to Bristol City in what was another disappointing local derby performance by the team

 

 


CURTIS NELSON

Home (10-Nov-2019) versus Bristol City

Match Worn shirt of new signing Curtis Nelson. Nelson was player of the season at Oxford the season before and has established himself as a great addition to the 2019/20 season for Cardiff. Nelson played due to an injury to captin Sean Morrison but his great performances have kept him in the starting line up since. This was worn in the 1 Nil loss to Bristol City in what was another disappointing local derby performance by the team.

 

 


LEE PELTIER

Home (10-Nov-2018) versus Brighton & Hove Albion

Player issue shirt from the tough tackling Right Back Lee Peltier. An official poppy shirt that came from Cardiff City and the Royal British Legion. Notice that the shirt does not contain the premiership arm patch. If only Peltier had played a part in the game and the shirt would have become a rare and unique find.

 

 


NEIL ETHERIDGE

Home (10-Nov-2018) versus Brighton & Hove Albion

Etheridge growing into a reliable keeper for Cardiff with many fans initially worried about the number 1 spot after losing David Marshall to Hull City. Etheridge was between the posts for this much neeeded win that included an injury time winner from big Sol Bmaba

Loic Damours Match worn shirt worn against Brentford in the 2-1 win at the Cardiff City Stadium. The Frenchman came to Cardiff but has struggled to make a major impact at the club with majority of games being a substitue or being substituted.

Match Worn shirt of goalkeeper Brian Murphy. Murphy an ever present backup to Etheridge during the 2017/2018 Season. Shirt carries the official poppy emblem with all proceeds of the sale going to the great charity cause.

Match worn shirt of Cardiff captain and Opening scorer Sean Morrison. Shirt was obtained via the annual Royal Btitish Legion charity auction. Shows signs of wear with rip to the neck. Cardiff won this game 3-2.

Match Worn shirt of Right Back Lee Peltier. Shirt was bought directly from the club via the British Legion Poppy Appeal. Cardiff put in an inpressive performance and won the game 2-0. with Peltier picking up a yellow card.

 


 

MATTHEW CONNOLLY

Away (8-November-2014) V Birmingham City

First Half Match Worn shirt of Cardiff Defender Matthew Connolly. Connolly was often played at left back due to the number of Central defenders at the club. Shirt is an official charity poppy and also have his second shirt from the game. The game ended in a nil nil draw.

Player issue shirt of unused goalkeeper Simon Moore. Shirt was obtained via the club and poppy appeal with all money going to charity.

 Match Worn shirt of Left Back Andrew Taylor A Special shirt due to it carrying the poppy logo.  All shirts worn during the game were auctioned to raise funds for the Royal British Legion 2013 Poppy Appeal. Cardiff went on to lose the game 2 nil.

Andrew Taylor's long sleeve shirt from a home 2 - 1 win against promotion rivals Hull City.  Taylor is slowing becoming a reliable player within the squad with excellent defending and attacking skills out wide. The shirt was obtained direct from the club with money raised getting donated to  The Royal British Legion and the Welsh Guards appeal.

In a season where we played Palace on 4 occasions including a memorable semi final win which took us back to Wembley for the fourth time in just four years. The shirt was obtained direct from the club with monies raised getting donated to the Royal British Legion.
